On February 12, the training course From Idea to Impact kicked off as part of the Mentoring Routes: Unleashing Innovative Careers for Young Researchers (MR2YR) project.
Held over three days (February 12, 19, and 26), this course is designed for young researchers and PhD candidates looking to turn their ideas into projects with meaningful social, economic, and environmental impact.
Participants learn how to design effective strategies to disseminate and maximize the value of their research, build a strong value proposition, and enhance their overall impact.
A total of 23 participants took part in the course, actively engaging in practical workshops and group work, fostering dynamic discussions and hands-on learning experiences.
This initiative is part of the broader activities of the Researchers Beyond Academia HUB (link), expanding training and networking opportunities for researchers interested in developing research career paths beyond academia, engaging with a diverse network of stakeholders, and driving innovation.
