The MACHINA HPC cluster includes 376 cores equipped with 7631,9 GB of RAM distributed on 21 blades and more than 100 TB of storage. MACHINA includes both GPU nodes and nodes with 2TB of RAM, allowing a large spectrum of applications from Machine Learning to the assembly of complex genomes
