Non-Native Tree species can support the adaptation of European forests and urban areas to climate change, but some of them may entail risks for biodiversity and ecosystem functions.

Experts, citizens and stakeholders will meet to share their experiences and opinions on Non-Native Trees, climate change in the Alpine Space and other related topics. The results of the three-year European project, ALPTREES Interreg Alpine Space, will be presented through oral reports and posters in the final conference to be held at the Edmund Mach Foundation from 2 to 5 May 2022.
