(MIPAAF) The main objective of the project is the development of an operational protocol for obtaining autochthonous colonies that are well adapted to the territory to be used in selection and multiplication plans for replacements at company and local levels.

FEM activity:
Identify viruses present in bees through RNAseq deep sequencing analysis using the Illumina platform and the comparison of three different colony management conditions.
