FEM is ready to host the second national review of wines obtained from PIWI grapes. The wineries that aim at participating in the initiative can apply for registration until October, 14 2022.
After the great success of the first edition, therefore, the event that promotes and enhances wines produced with at least 95 percent grapes from PIWI (PilzWiderstandsfähig) varieties - i.e. innovative and sustainable vines capable of offering tolerance to fungal diseases, powdery mildew and downy mildew, significantly reducing the use of pesticides - is back.
