Investigates food quality with a multidisciplinary approach, focusing on consumers and
sustainability, from agrifood applications to the fundamentals of perceptual processes
Traceability
This Unit applies food traceability and authenticity against fraud and counterfeiting using advanced Stable Isotope Ratios Analysis and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance.
