The "PHD Day" took place today, a full day dedicated to the PhD students community of Fondazione Edmund Mach who, in the lecture hall, presented their research projects by participating in group discussions organized in round tables.
They presented their research, that range on several topics ranging from biofungicides to invasive insects, from alteration of the microbiota to sensory analysis of food.
The "International Doctoral Program Initiative" advanced training program is coordinated by the Research and Innovation Center and involves students from all over the world: Belgium, Chile, China, Denmark, Ethiopia, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, India, Iran, Lebanon, Mexico, Nepal, New Zealand, Pakistan, Netherlands, Romania, Serbia, United States, South Africa, Vietnam.
