Tradition and Innovation in Food: More Connected Than We Think?
A two-day event at Fondazione Edmund Mach in San Michele all'Adige (TN) taking place on June 9 (afternoon) – 10 (morning), organised by Spokes 3 and 4, will be a key meeting point for Spokes 3 and 4, bringing together experts from various fields, including food science, company and design.
This event will foster a valuable exchange of ideas on how these disciplines can be integrated to address emerging research topics. The venue for the meeting is the Sala Conferenze, PRC building, at Fondazione Edmund Mach. To facilitate networking among ECS and discover FEM activities, a winery tour and tasting has been organized.
